Park Service reassigns superintendent who oversaw park plagued by hostile culture

The Washington Post: The National Park Service has temporarily reassigned the superintendent of a Florida park where multiple female employees have been subjected to sexual harassment and men and women faced a hostile workplace for years.

Myrna Palfrey began an assignment last week as special assistant to the agency’s regional director in Atlanta. She will work from her home in Mims, Fla., on strategic planning, including for the ongoing centennial celebration, a spokeswoman said.
