Pulitzer Prize winner picked as new Voice of America director

The Washington Post: Amanda Bennett, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, will be sworn in Monday morning as the Voice of America’s 29th director.

She has a long history in journalism, including with the Wall Street Journal, where she shared a Pulitzer for national reporting and at the Oregonian in Portland, Ore., where her team won a Pulitzer for public service.
