Federal Times: Federal employees have been disappointed in breach protection company CSID's response to the first hack of Office of Personnel Management's network. Among several issues, affected feds were concerned that language in the summary of benefits showed they were not actually covered in the event personal information was used for fraud.
During Federal Times' initial investigation, CSID was reticent to release the full policy document, stating that it was reserved for policy holders (i.e., federal employees and other affected persons) and available to them through the CSID web portal.
