The Wall Street Journal (online registration required): The nation’s top telecommunications regulator said Wednesday he aims to change the rules for auctions of wireless licenses to prevent big companies from taking advantage of discounts intended for small businesses.
The comments by Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler follow the much-debated outcome of the government’s record-setting spectrum auction that closed in January.
