The Washington Post: A brighter budget picture means that the Social Security Administration will be able to restore some of the reduction in hours during which its employees are available to the public, the agency announced Thursday.
“This expansion of office hours reaffirms our commitment to providing the people we serve the option of top-notch, face-to-face assistance in field offices even as we work to expand online services for those who prefer that flexibility,” Acting Commissioner Carolyn W. Colvin said in a statement.
