Federal Times: The Postal Service wants try delivering groceries and packaged foods, according to notice filed by the agency with the Postal Regulatory Commission Sept.23.
The agency wants to test out a concept it called “customized delivery” in which the Postal Service receives freezer bags filled with foods or other packaged goods from sellers and delivers them to people’s homes.
