Federal Times: Federal employees would get a 1 percent pay raise in 2015 and agencies would be funded through Dec. 11 under a continuing resolution passed Sept. 17 by the House on a 319-108 vote.
President Obama authorized a 1 percent pay raise for federal employees and military members in 2015, but Congress has the authority to block a pay raise or offer a different raise through legislation.
