The Wall Street Journal (online registration required): President Barack Obama on Wednesday signed an executive order aimed at speeding the delivery of American products abroad by making it easier for businesses to submit information about their transactions, the White House said.
Mr. Obama signed the executive order aboard Air Force One en route to Mexico, where he is meeting with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper to discuss a range of issues, including a new trade pact, the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
