USAJobs revamp to consider job seeker’s ‘emotional’ experience, program manager says

The Washington Post: Through its makeover of USAJobs.gov, a federal employment board, the Office of Personnel Management is trying to fix basic a problem that candidates have complained about for years: It’s simply too hard to apply for jobs.

That’s the conclusion of the digital team running the facelift that OPM has dubbed “USAJobs 2.0,” which will start showing some new features in early 2015, according to program manager Michelle Earley, who spoke to The Washington Post about the project last week.
