When calling 911 doesn't work
Governmeny Health IT: If you think you’re having a stroke, with trouble speaking or moving a limb, and have enough dexterity in one hand to dial 911, emergency dispatchers should able to recognize your slurred speech as a sign of a stroke and get you an ambulance ASAP. For strokes, “time is brain.”
