Five key questions in the upcoming VA secretary confirmation hearing
Military Times: VA secretary nominee Ronny Jackson faces the first major test of his appointment on Wednesday, when he appears before the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee for his confirmation hearing.
Jackson, a rear admiral in the Navy and the current White House physician, is largely unknown in the veterans community, and is expected to face pointed questions from lawmakers on an array of issues outside of his current job duties.
