Federal Times: The Department of Homeland Security needs more specific policies to keep employees from drinking and using drugs when abroad, a new inspector general’s report has found.
The report, released on June 6, looked at DHS’s policies for the 1,500 employees working in other countries and found many of the agency’s components didn’t have specific enough guidelines for off-duty behavior.
