USA Today: North Korea is likely to carry out a fifth nuclear test in the coming weeks, South Korea said, according to local media.
The South came to the conclusion that a test could occur before early May after recently detecting a two to three-fold rise in vehicle and worker movements at the North’s Punggye-ri nuclear test site, the South’s Yonhap news agency reported.
