Defense employees less happy with bosses, leadership
Federal Times: Defense Department employees are increasingly frustrated with senior leaders and management, according to new survey results.
Only 39.5 percent of DoD employees feel that their leaders generate high levels of motivation and commitment – down from 43 percent in 2013. The number of employees who believe their leaders maintain high standards of honesty and integrity fell from 56 percent to 52.7 percent, according to the survey.
