FEMA Approves $1 Million for Rapid City Blizzard Clean-up Under Pilot Cost Share Program

Homeland Security Today: Under a pilot program Rapid City, South Dakota is participating in through which the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) reimburses a greater cost share if debris removal is expedited, FEMA will award the city more than $1 million for debris clean-up from an October blizzard, South Dakota Public Safety Secretary Trevor Jones said.
