Federal Times: Col. Darby McNulty took over the world’s largest human resources enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation in May 2014. The Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A), under the Army’s Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), will consolidate over 40 legacy pay and personnel systems. IPPS-A will transition soon into its most ambitious phase — rolling out to the active-duty Army — and eventually serve 1.1 million soldiers and encompass 157 business processes.
