The New York Times: WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court in New York on Wednesday held that the government could enforce a statute dealing with the indefinite detention without trial of terrorism suspects, reversing a district judge’s decision last year to permanently block the law, part of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012.
