DHS Expands ‘See Something, Say Something,’ Other Initiatives as Part of Admin’s Gun Violence Crackdown

Homeland Security Today: As part of the Obama administration’s efforts to curb gun-related violence through actions that do not require congressional approval or legislation, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is expanding its “If You See Something, Say Something campaign," and widening its collaboration with Southern Shield, a consortium of state homeland security and law enforcement officials from 14 Southeastern states and territories.
