Congress expands DoD coverage of abortions
Marine Corps Times: Female troops and family members covered under Tricare now can receive medical coverage to abort pregnancies resulting from sexual assault.
The Defense Authorization Act for 2013, signed Wednesday by President Obama, amends a Pentagon regulation to include rape and incest on the list of permissible uses of Defense Department facilities or funds for abortions for military beneficiaries.
