i360Gov requires users to register for access to, or participation in certain parts of the site, or to subscribe to certain products of i360Gov such as email newsletters, online events, etc. i360Gov collects personal information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and demographics from a variety of sources, including our partners, conferences/trade shows, product subscriptions, service cards, survey information and purchases via telephone, direct mail, email and other electronic resources. In addition to email regarding your registration and subscription details, i360Gov may send members three types of email communications:

1. Electronic Newsletter Issues
   Members may elect to subscribe to one or more of our electronic newsletters. Depending on the newsletter, issues may be emailed daily, weekly or monthly.
2. i360Gov Special Products and Promotions
   i360Gov occasionally produces special reports, webinars, events and other materials that are of interest to our membership. We promote these items to our users via out-of-band emails.
3. Third Party Products and Promotions
   i360Gov sometimes contacts our membership regarding special content, offers, promotions and events on behalf of reputable partners and third party vendors.

If you wish to opt-out of any of these communications, you may contact us via the website, telephone, email or postal mail. Members may change their profile at any time via the profile page. Please be aware that changing your subscriptions via the website may take up to seven days to take effect.

Disclosure or Sharing of Information

Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, i360Gov will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary to:

1. conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by company, whether or not a response is required by applicable law
2. enforce the i360Gov Terms of Use Agreement or to protect our rights
