Government Technology: Poll workers in Cullman County, Ala., will be using new technology for processing voters at precincts Tuesday.
The Cullman County Commission approved the purchase of 70 ExpressPoll Tablets from Election Systems & Software at a cost of $100,467 in June. The technology was tested successfully at three local precincts in November 2016. The precincts that tested the Electronic Poll Book were Bolte-White Grove Church, Cullman County Health Department and Center Hill Community Center, said Cullman County Probate Judge Tammy Brown.
