Daily Camera News: The Boulder County commissioners on Tuesday unanimously approved a new policy prohibiting county employees from providing federal immigration agents any records or information regarding residents' citizenship status unless those authorities have a warrant.
The new direction to county staffers requires them to alert a supervisor and the County Attorney's Office if any federal immigration agent contacts them seeking access to residents' immigration records or any non-public areas of county buildings.
