WBALTV.com: BALTIMORE —The Baltimore Police Department Tuesday released its initial guidelines for how officers should use body cameras and how officials will handle the video as the department kicks off its pilot program with 150 officers.
Commissioner Kevin Davis is pleading for patience as his department embarks on what he calls a "new era of policing."
Davis admits the body camera era of policing in Baltimore is new territory with very few road maps.
