Rear Admiral Richard Gurnon, president of the academy, said faculty members first reported the changes at about 1:30 p.m., when they were redirected to a site with a picture of what seems to be a deceased soldier’s grave in the sand with Arabic writing scrolled underneath it, and a voice over of a man speaking in Arabic.
