The daily tasks of the job aren’t new to Vaughn, who served as USITC’s acting CIO from January through September 2018. Vaughn brings “extensive experience” to the role, according to a press release announcing his appointment, both from his time working in an acting capacity and, before that, as USITC’s chief data architect.
