Federal Times: Two companies have filed lawsuits with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims over the award of the General Service Administration’s Alliant 2 contract, hitting the breaks on the second version of GSA’s best-in-class Alliant vehicle.
OBXTek, based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, filed the first lawsuit on Nov. 29, 2017, and Centech, based nearby in Falls Church, filed its lawsuit Dec. 26, 2017, as originally reported by Washington Technology.
GSA announced that they had awarded the $50 billion Alliant 2 contract to 61 companies in mid-November 2017.
