Citizens would be A-OK with AI services, says survey
Federal Times: Citizens would embrace federally offered digital assistants, according to an Accenture Federal Services survey conducted by McGuire Research Services Inc.
Of the 500 D.C. metro area residents polled online, 85 percent indicated they would embrace the government’s version of Amazon’s “Alexa” or Apple’s “Siri” as a means to access federal citizen services.
