GAO: Closed Data Centers Will Save Feds at Least $8B
Nextgov: The federal government’s push to close and optimize a sizable chunk of its nearly 11,000 data centers will result in at least $8.1 billion in savings through 2019. But a new report from the Government Accountability Office suggests the savings ought to be much higher.
