DHS info-sharing orgs still 2-5 years away
Federal Times: A research team led by the University of Texas at San Antonio has five years to develop standards for the Information Sharing and Analysis Organizations (ISAOs) under a $10 million contract awarded by the Department of Homeland Security. The team expects to have a set of usable standards well before the five years are up but it will be at least two years before the ISAOs are ready for primetime.
