HHS chief technology officer to leave Washington in June
Modern Healthcare: HHS Chief Technology Officer Bruce Greenstein will leave his post in June and join LHC Group as chief innovation and technology officer.
Over the last year, Greenstein has encouraged the agency to open data for public use including through the Data Insights Initiative and HealthData.gov. He also promoted the Kidney Innovation Accelerator, a partnership with the American Society of Nephrology to speed up drugs, devices and digital health tools for preventing, diagnosing and treating renal failure.
