Healthcare IT News: Vancouver, B.C.-based regenerative medicine company NervGen Pharma, and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland are collaborating to commercialize a patented technology for spinal cord injury and other conditions associated with nerve damage.
Jerry Silver, a spinal cord injury regenerative medicine researcher, co-inventor and professor of neurosciences at Case Western Reserve's School of Medicine, developed the technology. As he sees it, the technology holds the possibility of improving the lives of millions of spinal cord injury patients.
