The Hill: Supporters of Maine’s Medicaid expansion law will announce Monday that they are taking Republican Gov. Paul LePage’s administration to court to compel the state to begin implementing the ObamaCare program, which voters approved in November.
Maine Equal Justice Partners led the effort to put Medicaid expansion to a vote last year, and wrote in a email to supporters Monday that the organization — in conjunction with individuals and groups — was planning to file a lawsuit. A press conference is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Monday to announce the lawsuit’s details.
