Commonwealth: U.S. states got higher health scores in 2015

Government Health IT: The Commonwealth Fund has released its 2015 scorecard measuring the performance of health systems state by state, showing many regions are improving on key metrics.

Commonwealth Fund notes that more states improved than worsened.

Top states: Minnesota, Vermont, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. (Those states were also leaders in the previous scorecard.)
