Obama’s New Emission Rules: Will They Survive Challenges?
Resilience: The Obama Administration’s recent announcement that it plans to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from existing coal-fired power plants evoked cries of protest and warnings of economic doom from the political right, and praise from the center and the left.
