Critics say Ohio proposal to bar foreign ownership will deter renewable projects
Renewable Energy World: A proposed constitutional amendment in Ohio to ban foreign ownership of power plants and other “critical infrastructure” threatens to further deter renewable energy development in the state, experts and advocates say.
Many of the world’s largest renewable energy developers are based in Europe, including the companies behind some of Ohio’s largest projects.
