The Hill: The United States is not currently on track to meet the emissions cut President Obama has set for 2025, a new study concludes.
The research, published Monday in the journal Nature Climate Change, says that the country will not hit the 26 to 28 percent emissions cut that Obama promised last year as part of the Paris climate agreement.
