TX: Texas Develops Statewide “PACE in a Box”
Greentech Media: It’s no secret that Texans don’t like a government telling them what to do.
So when state legislature passed The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Act on June 14, the group that helped passed the legislation knew it would need to get creative to effectively launch PACE without constraining local governments with various rules for their pace programs.
