Insurer contracts with federal exchanges delayed

Modern Healthcare (complimentary online subscription): The Obama administration has delayed signing contracts with insurers for insurance exchanges in 35 states where the federal government will run the exchanges by itself or in partnership with the state, marking another delay in implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. It's not clear whether this latest delay will have any significant effect.
