The New York Times: The Treasury Department has delayed the weekly auction of three-month and six-month Treasury bills because of an error that occurred during a test of its auction system.
The Treasury said that the auction scheduled for Monday would take place on Tuesday. Officials said the delay was caused by an error during a systems test that impaired its ability to take bids.
