Education Week: Gov. Ron DeSantis got a little bit of schooling on coding and computer science.
The Republican governor took part Tuesday in an event promoting computer skills in Florida schools. DeSantis spent a few minutes huddling with 16-year-old Emily Perez, a sophomore at Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, over a laptop alongside a dozen other students.
