Minnesota Schools Add Secunia for Preferred Patch Management Software
Campus Technology: Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MNSCU) is adding a patch management to its system-wide software recommendations. Under the new agreement, 38 MNSCU campuses will have access to Secunia Corporate Software Inspector (CSI), which combines scanning and patching of legitimate applications running on Windows, Apple Mac OS X, Google Android, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems. The schools will also be able to call on services from Now Micro for installation, configuration, and support.
