Clinton visits Moscow to talk arms control, Middle East peace

Business Week: (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will arrive in Moscow tomorrow for a two-day visit to push ahead with proposals for a new arms-control treaty and discuss the Middle East peace process.

President Dmitry Medvedev will meet Clinton to discuss a replacement for the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, which expired in December. Clinton will also attend a meeting of the Middle East Quartet group of the U.S., European Union, United Nations and Russia after Israel sparked controversy with plans to build new housing in east Jerusalem.  Read Article
